On Saturday 17th October, the Dunbartonshire AAA Cross Country Relays were held in Garscube estate. It was a cold crisp sunny morning that warmed up nicely for the race start at 1:50pm and was near perfect running conditions. The course was cross country around the estate, but with quite a lot on trail or path and only a few really muddy sections. Maryhill Harriers were represented again by 2 male teams and 1 female team.
Congratulations to Caroline for an excellent run, finishing as 9th fastest female on the day (out of 41).
Well done to everyone who competed for the club on Saturday, and thanks to Jenny and Isobel for support. It was a great day and a lot of fun!
