A very hot evening saw a strong contingent of Maryhill Harriers both running and supporting our Dumbarton 10K effort. For some it was their third 10K in the Polaroid series.
A nice run in the evening, although very hot causing a slight underperformance by most I think. The course was pretty well designed with lots of walkways/cycle tracks, except from the kilometre or two along the A82. A water station just over half way was a plus, along with somebody with a hose at about 9km!
